What personal data we collect and why we collect it

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

TRACKOKO REFUND POLICY
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
With respect to returns, the items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We require a proof of purchase and item must be in original packaging. Before you return the item contact the returns manager by clicking here.
You are responsible for shipping the costs for returning the item to the manufacturer.
Items marked “sale items” cannot be returned if you change your mind.
Items that were purchased for Christmas gifts from Dec 1 to Dec 31 may be returned until Jan 10. If you refuse the shipment or send it somewhere else other than the warehouse we may charge the return to shipping costs. To compete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received an inspected you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you have not received a refund cheque to your bank account, contact your credit card company and bank as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
Returns will be coordinated with returns manager. If you are shipping an item over $75 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
